Blueberry Muffin Collagen Energy Balls
Ingredients:
1 cup uncooked gluten-free oats
1/4 cup smooth almond butter
1/4 cup raw honey
1/2 cup dried wild blueberries
dash of salt
1/4 cup collagen protein powder
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions:
Mix all ingredients in a bowl and form into balls using your hands. Makes approximately 15 balls.
